Early childhood education faces many challenges in Cambodia. One of the most important is the quality of preschool education, especially in Community Pre-schools.

To address this, Planète Enfants & Développement has been working since the 1990s on preschool development, particularly in rural and low-income communities, in partnership with communes, local organizations and Cambodian authorities. Around 150 community preschools have been set up since then. In addition to the establishment of CPSs, the organization is working hard on early childhood policies, teacher training, and the development of teaching materials.
This online platform has been designed to meet the specific challenges of CPS but it is intended to be a portal that brings together all the useful material for all kindergartens in Cambodia, regardless of their status.
